By accessing or using ReimaginAI Engine ("Service," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ReimaginAI Engine is an AI-powered company analysis platform that generates AI transformation blueprints based on publicly available information about a company. The Service includes department-level AI readiness scoring, ROI projections, and transformation roadmaps delivered as interactive reports.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to purchase and access reports. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Payment and Pricing

The Service is offered on a per-report basis at the price displayed on the pricing page at the time of purchase. All payments are processed through our third-party payment provider. Prices are in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to applicable taxes as determined by your jurisdiction.

5. Report Delivery and Access

After payment is confirmed, our AI pipeline begins generating your report. Total generation time is typically 15–20 minutes; during this period, live progress events stream to your dashboard. We will email you at the address on your account once the report is ready. Pre-generated reports delivered to you via an email link are unlocked for full viewing and download immediately after payment. You will have ongoing access to your purchased reports through your account. Shareable links to reports expire after 30 days from creation.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, code, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of ReimaginAI. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your generated report for internal business purposes. You may share reports with colleagues and stakeholders within your organization.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Reports are generated using AI and publicly available data. While we strive for accuracy, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Reports are intended as strategic guidance and should not be treated as professional consulting advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information in the reports.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReimaginAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or any decisions made based on the reports. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report in question.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models
• Resell or redistribute reports commercially without written permission
• Submit fraudulent payment information
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases, though you retain access to previously purchased reports for a reasonable period to download them.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
