Our Guarantee

If your blueprint doesn't identify at least 3 actionable AI opportunities for your business, we'll refund you in full within 7 days of purchase.

Full Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• Quality guarantee not met: the report does not contain at least 3 actionable AI opportunities relevant to your business, and you request a refund within 7 days of purchase
• Report generation failed: the analysis pipeline did not complete and no report was delivered
• Duplicate charge: you were charged more than once for the same analysis

How Refunds Work

Before processing a refund, we may offer to re-run the analysis with adjusted parameters at no additional cost. If you still prefer a refund after the re-run offer, we will process it promptly.

Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds are generally not available if:

• Your request is made more than 7 days after purchase
• You disagree with the AI-generated scores or rankings but the report does contain 3+ actionable opportunities

• Your account email address
• The company name associated with the report
• Which opportunities you found were not actionable (optional but helps us improve)

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
